1. 服务内容
ClawAI（小爪 AI）在 xiaozhuapingtai.com 提供 AI 接口中转服务。凭 ClawAI 账号与 API 密钥，你可以经我们的网关调用上游供应商提供的 AI 模型；用量按实测计量，从你的预付余额中按价格页公示的价格结算。创建账号或使用本服务，即表示你同意本条款。
2. 账号与 API 密钥
- 你对自己账号下发生的一切活动负责，并应妥善保管密码与 API 密钥；
- API 密钥等同于密码，不要公开分享；使用你的密钥产生的费用计入你的账号；
- 你应提供准确的账号信息并及时更新。
3. 合理使用
- 仅将本服务用于合法目的，并遵守你所调用模型的上游供应商政策；
- 不得滥用、超载或试图破坏本服务，不得绕过计费或访问控制，不得利用本服务侵害他人权利；
- 对违反本条款或危及服务安全的账号，我们可限流、暂停或终止其使用。
4. 计费
- 本服务为预付制：接口用量按实测（如消耗的 token 数）从账户余额扣费，价格以使用时价格页公示的价格为准；
- 价格可能调整，现行价格以价格页公示为准；
- 你的余额与完整账单随时可在账号内查看。如认为某笔扣费有误，请联系我们，我们会与你一同核对账本记录。
5. 可用性与变更
我们努力保持服务可用与计费准确，但服务按「现状」提供，不承诺永不中断。上游供应商可能调整或下线模型；我们可能增删模型与功能，并会在网站上同步反映。
6. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们因本服务产生的责任以索赔前三个月你为本服务实际支付的金额为限。本条款不限制依法不得限制的责任。
7. 账号的终止
你可随时在产品内的账号设置中注销账号；注销、数据处理与剩余余额按注销流程与《隐私政策》的说明处理。违反本条款的账号可能被暂停或终止。
8. 条款变更
如本条款变更，我们会在本页发布更新版本并更新上方生效日期。变更后继续使用本服务，即表示接受更新后的条款。

Terms of Service
1. The service
ClawAI (小爪 AI) provides an AI API relay service at xiaozhuapingtai.com. With a ClawAI account and API key, you can call AI models provided by upstream providers through our gateway. Usage is measured and billed against your prepaid account balance at the prices published on our prices page. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and API keys
- You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password and API keys confidential.
- Treat your API key like a password: do not share it publicly. Charges incurred with your key are billed to your account.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the policies of the upstream model providers whose models you call.
- Do not abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the service, bypass billing or access controls, or use the service to infringe the rights of others.
- We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or endanger the service.
4. Billing
- The service is prepaid: API usage is deducted from your account balance based on measured usage (for example tokens consumed) at the prices published on the prices page at the time of use.
- Prices may change; the current prices are always the ones published on the prices page.
- Your balance and full billing history are visible in your account at all times. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us and we will review the ledger records with you.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Upstream providers may change or withdraw models; we may add, change or remove models and features, and will reflect such changes on the website.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the account settings in the product; deletion, data handling and any remaining balance are handled as described in the deletion flow and the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
